He has a Bachelor of Business Management degree - majoring in Real Estate and Property Development, along with a certificate and diploma qualification in Building and Construction.

Through this experience, she has developed a well-rounded understanding of the full project lifecycle—from early design coordination and scope development through to budgeting, delivery, and completion.
Comfortable operating in complex corporate environments, Chantelle is known for her sharp attention to detail, clear communication style, and ability to keep projects moving with confidence and clarity. She understands the balance between commercial priorities and practical delivery, and works closely with all stakeholders to ensure outcomes are both efficient and considered.

Nell comes from a richly varied background, encompassing roles in luxury accommodation, guest services, zookeeping and nature guiding, with a notable emphasis on team management. With ample experience in supporting teams of varying sizes, Nell takes pleasure in the gratification derived from keeping things meticulously organized in the background of Bimba Projects.

Jea Mae is the detail-driven organiser who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in executive assistance, administration and HR, she ensures our records are meticulously kept, documents safely managed, and everything is filed exactly where it needs to be. Her efficiency and reliability give our team the confidence that no detail will ever be overlooked.
Jea Mae holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, which gives her a people-focused approach to her work.
Outside of the office, Jea Mae enjoys listening to Taylor Swift, spending time with her fluffy Shih Tzu, Moscow, and finding little joys that balance her busy days.

Winston's daily routine involves impromptu fetch sessions, lunchtime sniffs around the office, and strategic napping to boost team morale. He has mastered the art of a "pawsitive" work environment and believes in unleashing creativity, one tail wag at a time.
Known for his unparalleled ability to "paws" for thought during meetings, Winston is the go-to team member for stress relief and impromptu play breaks.
